Infiniti are pleased to announce our industry benchmark customer care plan with the introduction of our FULL CIRCLE warranty with LIFE COVERAGE on all Infiniti cardio range products, Australia wide.

• 5 year unconditional coverage on motor and drive systems
• Lifetime on motor and drive systems against manufacturing defects
• Lifetime on frame
• 3 Years on all other parts
• 2 Years labour

• Infiniti X-PRESS on site service when purchased from an authorised Infiniti retail outlet
• 5 year unconditional coverage on treadmill motor and cross trainer, exercise bike drive systems that includes wear and tear.
• Lifetime extension covers manufacturing defects for LIFE.
• INTERNET sales require the Infiniti product to be returned to the place of purchase for warranty repair at consumers cost.
• Repair and maintenance must be carried out by an Infiniti authorised customer care agent.
• Equipment must be maintained in line with manufacturer's specifications.
• Warranty period starts at the original sale date.
• Original purchase receipt is required to validate warranty.
• Coverage is for domestic use only as specified on product warranty card.
• Claims in remote areas or outside metropolitan areas may incur a charge.
• Parts and labour outside the warranty coverage will be charged at a nominal rate, including freight.
• The cost of freighting product or replacement parts to the customer is covered by Infiniti.
• Warranty coverage is voided if fault is due to incorrect installation procedure as outlined in the product instruction manual.

• MX950 - 5 yrs unconditional motor, 24 months parts, 12 months onsite labour, lifetime against manufacturing defects.
